We can only accept returns that are returned to us within 28 days from the date your order was despatched. Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange if 28 days have passed.
All items must be returned and received by us before a refund or exchange can be processed.
Returns must be returned to us in an unworn, unwashed condition and be deemed fit for resale.
Delivery charges are non refundable unless the item is faulty.
Please obtain proof of postage when returning item as we cannot be held responsible for items we do not receive.
We do not refund sale items.
We cannot guarantee that your size will be in stock, if this happens we will contact you to see if you would like a refund, another item or to wait until the size you require is in stock.
When returning an item please specify if you would like a refund or an exchange and include your order number and proof of purchase. We will let you know when we receive your returned item. We will then process your exchange or refund and receive an email to confirm this.
